Connecting Dots

Tailored for businesses, this wellness training incorporates storytelling, NLP (neurolinguistic programming), and NVC (non-violent communication) techniques, with the goal of fostering stronger connections in human interactions. By enhancing communication skills, promoting effective negotiations, and aligning team efforts, the training aims to build better collaboration and teamwork.

What is this program about?

The programme is divided into four modules. Each module brings a self-sustainable tool
Connecting Dots promotes active listening, empathy and conscious observation.  It promotes better problem-solving skill, decrease levels of anxiety and burn out syndrome.

  • The programme integrates tools from neurolinguistic programming & life coaching, therapeutic storytelling, non-violent communication, and breathing techniques.

How is the programme delivered?

The programme is built in four modules of 02:30 hours each, delivered in the format of training / workshop over the space of five week (one module per week).

Phoenix Recovery


By participating in these sessions, individuals can learn to conquer obstacles related to negative thinking, fractured relationships, feelings of abandonment, and addiction recovery.

These sessions incorporate:

  • Non violent communication

  • Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP)

  • Life Coaching

  • Narrative Therapy

  • 12 steps of recovery

The main requirements are personal accountability & commitment to the process.

  • A limited number of hardship funds are available. Please send an email asking for an application form.

  • Spread the kindness by paying it forward. Purchase an additional session for someone that cannot afford personal coaching.
